By accessing or using Soulful Longevity™ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Provided

Soulful Longevity™ offers health coaching services including:

Personalized mineral and dosha consultations
HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) testing coordination
Ayurvedic-based wellness guidance
Course vault access and educational materials
Seasonal protocols and personalized plans

Payment and Refund Policy

All fees are due at the time of enrollment. We offer a 30-Day Alignment Guarantee: if you don't feel fully aligned with the method or experience within the first 30 days, you may receive a courteous refund of remaining program fees.

Non-Refundable Items: HTMA + Dosha Consultation fees are non-refundable due to third-party laboratory costs incurred.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Soulful Longevity™ and The Longevity Codes™ are owned by Solomon Potter and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Course materials, protocols, and resources are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without express written permission.

User Responsibilities

As a program participant, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Engage with the program in good faith
Respect the confidentiality of other community members
Not misuse or share proprietary materials
Consult with your healthcare provider before making significant health changes

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soulful Longevity™ and Solomon Potter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
